Self-rejection?

Mon Apr 24, 2006, 8:09 PM
I keep looking at a lot of my work, and then looking at some of the fantastic photographers I know, and wondering what I'm missing.

Obviously, I need more technical knowledge, and eventually a better camera. I was excited and enthusiastic about the camera I -do- have, but things keep standing out to me - it's on the highest settings, but the images still seem grainy to me, pixelated. Just, certain things seem -off-.

I need to work harder, and learn more. But I also... I don't know, I need to find whatever spark I'm missing. My work just doesn't look as good as I want it to. :(

Ok, that answered my question in a roundabout way :D I meant Portrait Adoption, which is where I know her from.
